We required drawing, dimensions and weight of unit for design the boxes. If the weight of boxes will below 1 ton we will supply the standard boxes(i.e. 16 Batten case).Above 1 ton we will supply the foundation boxes.
All the boxes will be lined from side with 200 gms virgin quality tarpaulin for water proofing.
Internal locking of the job will be done by lashing or nut bolting or with help of supports battens.
All the boxes will be supplied in shooks from at your site and will be assembled wherever necessary all packing activities will be carried out with the help of our skilled team of Packers.
Proper packing material will be provided like E.P Foam, Air Bubble film to protect the delicate parts of the job.
Desiccant silica gel will be added in export boxes in appropriate quantity.
Stenciling of the boxes will be done by our skilled persons.
Standard Boxes
Boxes will be made from premium quality Commercial Ply, Marine Ply, Pine wood Planks with Pinewood Battens.
All the boxes will be lined from inside with 200 gms virgin quality tarpaulin for water proofing.
In case of export boxes fumigation & phytosanitary will done by us charged separately.
Foundation Boxes
Boxes will be made from premium quality Commercial Ply, Marine Ply, Pine wood Planks with Pinewood Battens/Rubber wood battens.
Runner of the base will be 125mm x 125mm it carry the weight upto 6 ton, Above 6 tons we will use 200mm x 200mm.
All the jobs will be covered with virgin quality transparent LDPE.
In case of export boxes fumigation.
Also we are Manufacturing & supplying the pallets, Sleepers and batons as per customer requirement
Warranty of the Boxes
Rubber wood boxes have two months warranty after the date of delivery (not water proof).
Pine wood boxes have six month warranty after the date of delivery (not water proof).
Pine wood + Commercial Ply wood boxes have Four month warranty after the date of delivery (not water proof ).
Pine wood + Marine Ply wood boxes have Eight month warranty after the date of delivery (water Proof ).
Silver wood have six month warranty after the date of delivery.
